  A husband was caught with extreme pornography involving a man and a fish on his mobile phone after police searched it when his wife reported him for harassment.
  
  
  Nelson Nazare, 45, of Manor Grove, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, claimed that a friend had sent the
  images to him 'to distract and amuse him' after he broke
  up with his wife.
  
  He pleaded guilty to harassing his wife and possessing three extreme

  As well as the act involving the fish, police also

  woman, but it was recovered by police. 
  
  His defence said that he was ‘not aroused' by videos of people having sex with

  Nazare had been texting his wife 30 times a day and attempted to approach
  her on three occasions in June after their breakup.
  
  
  On June 5 and 25, she spotted his car on the way home from
  work. The first time he tried to get her to pull over and on the
  second occasion he drove alongside her and
  gestured through the window.
  
  
  
  
  Let off the hook: Nazare pleaded guilty to possessing three extreme
  images at Cambridge Magistrates Court (pictured) last month but avoided
  jail. He was given a six-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months
  
  He also approached his wife outside her home, which
  led to her driving to St Neots police station and calling the police from inside her car.
  
  
  Nazare tried knocking on the window but she did
  not respond.
  
  He was given a six-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months, by magistrates in Huntingdon.
  
  Nazare was also ordered to pay compensation of £85, a victim surcharge
  of £80 and a criminal courts charge of £150.
